We Are Interrupting Your Regulary Planned Program...

So we had our twenty week appointment today and Dr. Harlass said that everything looks good and that the baby is doing great!!! This little one is measuring just like Mayce did long and skinny so we'll see if that holds out. For a while we didn't think that we would be able to find out because the kiddo was sitting down and then had their feet crossed directly in front of where the tech needed to look. Fortunately after a couple of well placed prods the baby decided to cooperate and so out of the mouth of babes....
It's a...a...

Keep Beating Song Please!!!!

After our trip to Orlando I purchased the Leona Lewis CD and have admittedly listened to it incessantly. The humurous part of the story is that seeing as it is in the Camry I no longer think to turn it on. Mayce however has fallen in love with "Keep Bleeding" from the album (although she is sure that it says beating and not bleeding) and everytime we are in the car she asks for us to put on the "Keep Beating Song PLEASE." I oblige much more willingly than Buck due to the fact that he swears he's had to listen to the song so much that his ears keep bleeding!! Anyway here is Mayce rocking out to her version of the song..ENJOY!!

Fun in the Sun

As the days get hotter and the indoors seem more and more confining to Mayce we decided that we should look into other options for entertainment besides Super Why and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Seeing as Mayce and Jasmine had a blast the other night playing around in the pool at Ryan and Trish's the hunt was on for one of our own. Although not exactly what I was looking for in the beginning, after Mayce and I searched out all those available the alligator was the clear winner and has already proved well worth the money. Not a day has passed since bringing it home that she hasn't asked to go in her pool and play with her duckies. Buck and I have enjoyed the time outside as well and suprisingly enough Savannah has not attempted to get in she just drinks from it. The lesser of the two I assure you.
We did missplace the string needed to secure the slides to the bottom of the pool so watching Mayce trying to scale them has served as our own comic relief. Nevertheless we found it today and I'm sure we will be attaching them shortly, perhaps after one more day of laughter.

...or the Living Room!!

The day that we bought the pool the skies opened up in a torrential downpour of HAIL!!! Of course I had promised Mayce we would play in the pool so we aired it and up and took over the living room...alligator style!!
